Ingredients:


8 cups cucumber -- sliced

2 2/3 cups white vinegar

1 1/3 cups sugar -- granulated

2 teaspoons celery seed

1 tablespoon mustard seed

1/2 teaspoon turmeric
 

Preparation / Directions:


Boil liquid, spices and cucumbers until they start to change color - about four minutes. Pack into hot sterile pint or cup jars. You may use a combination of onions and cucumbers.
