Peach Meringue Pie

Ingredients:


1 1/3 cups sweetened condensed milk

2 tablespoons lemon juice

2 large egg yolks

1 cup sliced peaches

1 crust chocolate cookie pie shell

1 recipe meringue recipe
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine milk, lemon juice and egg yolks and mix well. Fold in peaches and pour into pie shell. Cover with meringue and proceed as directed. makes 1 9-inch pie. Use baked pastry shell or other crumb shell instead of above if desired.
