Peach Crumble

Ingredients:


1 medium lemon -- juice of

8 medium peaches

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon grated nutmeg

1/2 cup flour

1/2 cup dark brown sugar

1 stick butter unsalted

1/2 cup quick cooking oats

1 package whipped cream
 

Preparation / Directions:


Preheat oven to 375. Place peach slices in shallow baking dish. Sprinkle with lemon juice, cinnamon and nutmeg. In bowl, mix together flour and brown sugar. Using your fingers, work butter into flour mixture. Until crumbly. Add oats. Stir to mix. Sprinkle mixture on top of peaches. Bake until fruit is soft and topping golden brown. Delicious served warm with whipped cream! Approximately 10-15 minutes.
