Basic Dough

Ingredients:


3 cups unbleached flour

1 package granulated yeast

1 teaspoon sugar

1/2 teaspoon oil

3/4 cup warm wate -- (more or less as needed)
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl. Add oil, then pour water slowly into dry ingredients. Mix then knead until fully blended into a workable dough. Place dough in a large greased bowl. Cover with a towel and set aside in a warm place. In 2 hours it will double in size. Knead again. The dough is now ready to use for pizza. For bread, shape into loaves, let rise again, then bake.
