Artichoke Hearts And Smoked Ham

1 pound bowtie pasta
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoons garlic minced
9 ounces frozen artichoke hearts -- thawed and chopped
1/2 cup ham -- diced
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons parsley

Preparation / Directions:

Cook pasta as package directs. Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Stir in garlic and cook for 30 seconds. Add artichoke hearts and ham. Brown, stirring, 3 minutes. Add chicken broth and pepper; bring to boil. Toss with parmesan, parsley, and pasta.
