Ingredients:


12 ounces pasta

2 tablespoons olive oil

1/4 pound bacon or ham

1/4 pound turkey sausage

2 tablespoons butter

3/4 cup heavy cream
 

Preparation / Directions:


BOIL the pasta, with a little olive oil added, for 5 minutes. Set this aside. BROWN bacon, ham, and sausage. Set aside. MELT butter in another skillet. Add heavy cream, parsley, salt, pepper, white wine and parmesan cheese. COMBINE all ingredients in large pasta bowl. SPRINKLE with parmesan cheese.
