Noodle Bake

Ingredients:


12 ounces noodles -- cooked

1 1/2 pounds ground beef

1/4 cup finely chopped onion

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon white pepper

1/4 teaspoon chili powder

1 can tomato soup -- (10 3/4 ounce)

12 ounces cream-style corn

1/2 pound mild cheddar cheese -- shredded
 

Preparation / Directions:


Mix ground beef, onion, salt, pepper and chili powder in a 3 quart casserole. Microwave at high (100%) 8 minutes, stirring once to break up beef Drain. Add soup, corn and noodle and Mix well. Cover with wax paper. Microwave at high (100%) 8 minutes, stirring once during cooking time. Sprinkle cheese on top. Microwave, uncovered, at high (100%) until cheese is melted, 2 to 3 minutes. Makes 8 generous servings.
