Fruity Pasta Toss

Ingredients:


8 ounces bows egg noodles

3/4 cup wish-bone chunky blue cheese dressing

1/2 pint plain yogurt -- (8 oz.)

2 tablespoons honey

1 teaspoon lemon juice

1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

3/4 pound green or red seedless grapes

2 medium apples -- chopped

2 medium pears -- chopped

1/2 cup raisins

1 cup chopped pecans or almonds
 

Preparation / Directions:


Cook noodles according to package directions; drain and rinse with cold water until completely cool. In large bowl, blend chunky blue cheese dressing, yogurt, honey, lemon juice and nutmeg; stir in fruit and pecans. Add noodles and toss well; chill. Makes about 6 servings.
