Plain Tomato Sauce

Ingredients:


3 tablespoons oil -- olive

1/2 teaspoon pepper -- freshly ground

1 tablespoons parsley -- chopped

34 ounce tomatoes -- italian - drained -- coarsley chopped

1 clove garlic

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon oregano

1 small onion -- chopped

1 tablespoons butter
 

Preparation / Directions:


Saute garlic and onion in oil. Add tomatoes, parsley, salt, pepper, and or gano and butter, and simmer uncovered 15 to 20 minutes. Correct seasoning if necessary.
