Pasta With Hot Peppers

Ingredients:


1 medium onion -- finely chopped

1 medium red bell pepper -- minced

2 medium fresh cayenne chiles -- - chopped

1 cup mushrooms

1 tablespoons olive oil

3 medium tomatoes -- chopped

2 tablespoons basil -- chopped

1/2 teaspoon marjoram -- dried

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

3 cups fusili pasta -- uncooked

2 tablespoons parsley -- chopped
 

Preparation / Directions:


Heat the oil and when warmed, saute the onion, bell pepper, chiles and mushrooms for 5 minutes. Add the tomatoes, basil, marjoram and simmer for 10 minutes. Add salt and pepper. Cook the pasta accroding to package instructions. Drain. Toss the pasta with the sauce in a serving bowl and garnish with parsley before serving.
