Cheesy Turkey And Spaghetti

Ingredients:


1 pound ground turkey

1 tablespoons vegetable oil

15 ounces canned mixed vegetables -- undrained

1 can condensed cream of chicken soup -- (10 3/4 ounces)

1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup -- (10 3/4 ounces)

1 cup milk

1/4 cup dry sherry

12 ounces spaghetti or linguini -- cooked

1 cup sliced mushrooms

3/4 cup parmesan cheese -- divided
 

Preparation / Directions:


1. In large skillet, cook turkey in oil until no longer pink. 2. Drain Veg-All~ vegetables, reserving liquid. Combine liquid with soups, milk and sherry. 3. Add soup mixture to spaghetti and mix with turkey, vegetables, mushrooms and 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese. Spoon into 2-quart casserole. Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese. 4. Bake at 400 F for 30 minutes.
