Poppy Seed Noodles

Ingredients:


3 tablespoons olive oil

2 cloves garlic minced or pressed

1/4 teaspoon salt

8 ounces pasta any shape

2 tablespoons poppy seeds
 

Preparation / Directions:


Cook pasta as usual in voiling water till al dente. Drain well and transfer to warm serving bowl. Meanwhile, heat garlic in oil in tiny pan or microwave---just enough to warm it well, not brown it. Pour over pasta and toss with poppy seeds. Serve at once.
