Spaghetti Southern Style

Ingredients:


2 slices nonfat turkey bacon -- cooked and crumbled

1/2 teaspoon olive oil

1 cup turkey light meat -- skinless, cooked and cubed

1/2 cup bell peppers -- chopped

1/2 cup onions -- chopped

1 teaspoon chili powder

1 clove garlic minced

10 3/4 ounces tomato soup -- condensed

1/2 can water

2 cups spaghetti cooked
 

Preparation / Directions:


In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add turkey, bell peppers, onions, chili powder, and garlic. Cook until turkey is no longer pink and vegetables are tender. Stir in tomato soup, water, and bacon. Cook, covered, over low heat for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serving Ideas : Serve over hot cooked spaghetti.
