Ingredients:


3 1/3 Cups Flour

1/2 Teaspoon Salt

2 large eggs Beaten

6 Ounces Lemonade concentrate thawed

1 Teaspoon Olive oil
 

Preparation / Directions:


In a mixing bowl, stir together 3 cups of the flour and salt. Combine eggs, lemonade concentrate, and olive oil or cooking oil; add to flour. Mix well. Sprinkle kneading surface with remaining flour and knead for 10 minutes. Cover and let rest 10 minutes. Roll out and cut into desired shapes. Makes 1 1/2 pounds.
