crispy potato pancakes

crunchy on the outside hot and yummy on the inside.
 

Ingredients:


3 large potatoes peeled

1 large onion

1/2 cup flour

1 Tablespoon garlic crushed

1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper to taste

1 teaspoon salt to taste

3 large eggs
 

Preparation / Directions:


put ingredients 1 at a time into food processe, till its ground up to look like batter. put enough cooking oil (I use olive oil)to cover the bottom in a pan and heat till very hot, drop batter to form pancakes in hot oil, cook till they start to look dry on top, then flip, and cook for a couple more minutes.
