Dijon Green Onion Appetizers

Ingredients:


1 cup mayonnaise

2 medium green onions -- sliced

1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

1 loaf french bread baguette sliced diagonally -- (8 oz.) -- into 40 pieces

2 tablespoons dijon mustard

1 can sliced ripe olives -- (optional)
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine mayonnaise, cheese, mustard and onions. Spread approximately 2 teaspoons mixture on each bread slice. Place cheese side up on baking sheet. Broil until lightly golden. Garnish with ripe olives just before broiling, if desired. 40 appetizers
