Onion-Crusted Chicken

Ingredients:


4 medium chicken breast halves -- skinned and boned

1/4 Teaspoon salt

1/4 Teaspoon pepper

1/2 Cup melted butter or margarine

1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 Teaspoon dry mustard

1 Can fried onion rings -- (2.5-ounce) crushed
 

Preparation / Directions:


Place each piece of chicken between 2 sheets of wax paper, and flatten to 1/4-inch thickness, using a meat mallet or rolling pin. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Combine butter, Worcestershire sauce, and mustard; stir well. Dredge chicken in butter mixture, then in crushed onion rings. Arrange chicken in a 13x9x2-inch pan; top with remaining onion rings. Drizzle with remaining butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
