Onion and Tomato Raita

Ingredients:


8 ounces plain Yogurt

1 small onion

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 small tomato

1/2 teaspoon chat masala (opt)

1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

1/4 cup milk
 

Preparation / Directions:


1. Beat yogurt and milk till smooth 2. Chop onion and tomatoes and add to Yogurt. 3. Add salt and pepper and sprinkle the chat masala over, and serve.
