Honey Roasted Cashews

Ingredients:


2 tablespoons honey

1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon mace

1 tablespoon unsalted butter

3/4 pound cashews
 

Preparation / Directions:


1. Combine honey, cinnamon, mace, and butter-mix well. Add nuts and mix well.

2. Spread onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Roast at 325 degrees for 5 minutes then stir. Roast at 325 degrees for another 5-7 minutes.

3. Remove from oven, cool to room temperature. Serve at room temperature.
