Five-Spice Peanuts

Ingredients:


3 tablespoons unsalted butter

1 teaspoon five-spice powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

3 cups peanuts
 

Preparation / Directions:


1. Combine ingredients in a baking pan and mix well.

2. Bake at 300 degrees for 20-30 minutes, until golden.

3. Remove from oven, cool serve at room temperature.
