Stilton Noodles

Ingredients:


8 ounces egg noodles

1 cup crumbled stilton cheese

1 cup sour cream

1 large egg -- lightly beaten

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper -- to taste

1/4 cup butter -- melted
 

Preparation / Directions:


1. Cook noodles in boiling, salted water following package directions; drain.

2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Toss cooked noodles with remaining ingredients; mix well.

3. Place in well buttered 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Bake for 1 hour, or until bubbly.

4. Remove from oven, and serve.
