Oatmeal-Banana Muffins

Ingredients:


3 Cup Whole Wheat Flour

3/4 Cup Rolled Oats

1 tablespoons Baking Powder

1/2 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon Ground Nutmeg

1 tablespoons Sugar

1 large Egg

2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil

1 1/2 Cup Lowfat Milk

1 small Banana, cubed

1/4 Cup Sunflower Seeds, toasted
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine the flour, oats, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg and sugar in a bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and blend. Spoon into oiled muffin tins or paper muffin cups. Bake in a 375-degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes. Makes 12
