Graham Cracker Muffins

Ingredients:


18 pieces graham crackers

2 tablespoons sugar

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon flour

3 teaspoons baking powder

1/2 cup seeded raisins

3 tablespoons melted butter

1 large egg -- beaten

1/2 cup lukewarm milk
 

Preparation / Directions:


Crumble crackers fine. Add sugar, salt, flour and baking powder. Blend thoroughly. Cut raisins in halves and stir into dry ingredients. Add melted butter. Pour heated milk over cracker mixture. Add beaten egg. Mix lightly and fill hot, greased muffin pans 2/3 full of mixture. Bake in hot oven (400 F) 20 minutes.
