Ingredients:


2 large egg

2 cups buttermilk

1 cup yellow cornmeal

1 cup flour

1 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon baking soda

2 tablespoons baking powder

2 tablespoons rendered bacon fat
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine eggs and buttermilk-mix well combine dry ingredients-mix well combine buttermilk mixture, dry mixture, and bacon fat-mix well pour into a greased muffin tin bake @ 475 degrees for 15-20 minutes serve warm or at room temperature
