Peach Mousse

Ingredients:


3 large peaches

3 large eggs, seperated

1/2 pint cream

2 tablespoons rum (optional)
 

Preparation / Directions:


Mash the peaches, and add the egg yolks one at a time. Beat well, then add sugar and rum if using. Beat egg whites untill stiff but not dry, fold into mixture. Beat cream until it holds it's shape, fold into mixture. Spoon into individual serving glasses and refigerate until set.
