Fennel Spice (American)

Ingredients:


1 clove garlic

1 teaspoon black peppercorns

2 teaspoons fennel seeds

1/2 teaspoon coriander seeds

1 teaspoon grated lemon peel

1 teaspoon dried thyme
 

Preparation / Directions:


Crush the garlic in a mortar, grind the spices, and mix everything together. Fennel and lemon peel add a clean, fresh taste to this blend, which is excellent with fish.
