Ingredients:


1/2 tablespoon cardamom

1 tablespoon chopped cinnamon sticks

1/2 tablespoon whole cloves

1/4 tablespoon whole cumin

1/4 tablespoon grated nutmeg

1 tablespoon turmeric

1/2 tablespoon whole coriander

1 teaspoon black peppercorns -- to taste

1 teaspoon dried red pepper flakes -- to taste

1 piece bay leaf
 

Preparation / Directions:


Grind all of this together in an electric coffee grinder and keep in a tightly closed jar. NOTE: "This is largely a matter of personal taste. Try this one and vary what you wish."
