Ingredients:


1/4 cup dried red chile peppers -- such as, Anaheim or pasilla

1 tablespoon cumin seeds

2 teaspoons salt

1 teaspoon ground cloves

1 teaspoon ground coriander
 

Preparation / Directions:


In a blender, whirl the chile peppers and cumin seeds to a powder. Mix well with the rest of the ingredients. Store in an airtight container.
