Ingredients:


---FOR THE RUB:

2 teaspoons salt

2 teaspoons sugar

2 teaspoons brown sugar

2 teaspoons cumin

2 teaspoons chili powder

2 teaspoons black pepper

1 teaspoon cayenne pepper

1/4 cup paprika

---FOR THE SAUCE:

1 cup white vinegar

1 cup cider vinegar

1 tablespoon sugar

1 tablespoon red pepper flakes

1 tablespoon Tabasco sauce

1 tablespoon black pepper
 

Preparation / Directions:


Mix rub ingredients well and apply to meat before cooking. Mix sauce well before using.
