Ingredients:


2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

4 pounds pork roast
 

Preparation / Directions:


Mix Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder and black pepper. Place roast, fat side down, on a Microwave roasting rack set in a baking dish. Brush half the mixture over roast. Microwave at high (100%) 10 minutes. Microwave at medium high (70%) 12 minutes. Turn roast over. Brush with remaining sauce. Microwave at medium high (70%) 20 to 25 minutes. Let stand 10 to 15 minutes. Makes 4 to 6 servings. NOTE: If using temperature probe, insert when roast is turned over. Internal temperature should be 1600. Internal temperature will rise 10 to 15~ during standing time. If your microwave oven does not have a temperature probe, microwave at medium high (70%) 11 to 12 minutes per pound.
