---Brown sugar glaze
1 cup Packed brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon Dry mustard
1 tablespoon Vinegar
---Pineapple glaze
1 cup Packed brown sugar
1 tablespoon Cornstarch
1/4 teaspoon Salt
8 1/2 ounces Pineapple in syrup, crushed
2 tablespoons Lemon juice
1 tablespoon Prepared mustard.

Preparation / Directions:

BROWN SUGAR GLAZEMix all ingredientsPINEAPPLE GLAZEMix brown sugar, cornstarch and salt in 1-quart saucepan. Stir in pineapple, lemon juice and mustard. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and boils. Boil and stir 1 minute.
