Stir-Fried Pork

Ingredients:


3 Tablespoon olive oil

1 pound pork tenderloin -- cut into thin strips

1 package Chinese-style stir-fry vegetable mix with sauce

1 medium red pepper -- cored, de-seeded and cut into strips

1 pound fresh Chinese-style cooked noodles
 

Preparation / Directions:


1. Heat half the oil in a wok or large frying pan. Add the pork and cook for 4-6 minutes, until meat is browned on all sides.

2. Add vegetable mix to pan with stir-fry sauce and pepper, and then cook for 3-5 minutes, stirring.

3. Meanwhile, heat remaining oil in a separate pan and fry noodles for 3 minutes. Spoon noodles into individual bowls and top with pork mixture.
