OVEN BARBEQUED RIBS

Ingredients:


3 pounds Spareribs cut in -- Sections between rib

2 cups Catsup

1 cup Chili sauce

1 cup Chopped onions

2 Clove Garlic -- minced

2 tablespoons Lemon juice

2 tablespoons Lime juice

1/4 cup Cider vinegar

2 tablespoons Brown sugar

1 tablespoon Soy sauce

2 tablespoons Pickapeppa sauce

1 teaspoon salt and pepper to taste
 

Preparation / Directions:


Place all ingredients except ribs in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Simmer sauce for 30 minutes until it thickens. Place ribs in a large shallow pan and pour sauce over all. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 1-1/2 hours at 325 degrees. Uncover, cool enough to skim fat from sauce, and return, uncovered, to oven. Increase heat to 450 degrees and continue baking until ribs are browned and sauce reduced, but don't allow to dry out completel
