Yucatan Marinade

Ingredients:


1/4 cup fresh orange juice

1/4 cup lime juice

2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

1/4 cup ancho chile powder

2 tablespoons pasilla chile powder

1/4 cup paprika

1 teaspoon cayenne

1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

1 teaspoon salt

1/4 cup olive oil
 

Preparation / Directions:


In a food processor, combine all the ingredients except the olive oil and process for 30 seconds. With the motor still running, slowly add the olive oil and process until emulsified.
