Pepper And Herb Marinade

Ingredients:


1/2 cup lemon juice

1/3 cup vegetable oil

1 tablespoon instant minced onion

1 clove garlic -- finely minced

1 tablespoon sugar

2 teaspoons Tabasco sauce

2 teaspoons chicken or beef bouillon

1 teaspoon dried thyme

1/4 teaspoon oregano dried
 

Preparation / Directions:


In a shallow dish or plastic bag, combine ingredients. Add chicken, beef or pork. Cover. Marinate in refrigerator 4 hours or overnight, turning occasionally. Remove meat from marinade. Grill or barbeque as desired, basting with marinade.
