1 cup dry white wine |
3 large shallots -- minced |
2 large garlic cloves -- minced |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
2 tablespoons lemon juice |
1 1/2 tablespoons Dijon mustard |
10 piece peppercorns -- crushed |

Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
