Ingredients:

1 cup Bloody Mary mix

1/2 medium lemon -- juice of

1 tablespoon prepared horseradish

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

2 tablespoons mild canned green chiles finely chopped

1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Makes about 1-1/3 cups BEEF, POULTRY, PORK, LAMB
