Ingredients:

1 cup white vinegar

1 cup olive oil

1/2 cup white wine -- or vermouth

1 clove garlic -- to taste

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon oregano

1/2 teaspoon thyme

1/4 teaspoon Tabasco

1 tablespoon parsley -- chopped or cilantro

2 medium chickens -- halved

Combine ingredients, marinate chicken at least one hour.
