Ingredients:


-----for beef -- poultry, and pork-----

3 tablespoons mild ground chiles or chili powder

1 teaspoon Hungarian hot paprika

1 dash coriander

2 tablespoons vegetable oil
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Mash until smooth. Makes about 1/3 cup
