Mandarin Marinade

Ingredients:


1 cup lemon juice

1 cup vegetable oil

1/2 cup honey

1/2 cup soy sauce

1 tablespoon ginger -- ground

1 teaspoon garlic minced

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon basil

1/2 teaspoon marjoram
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine all ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate at least two hours to allow flavors to blend.
