Ingredients:


1 cup soy sauce

2 teaspoons sesame oil

1/4 cup mirin

1/4 cup scallions

1 teaspoon fresh ginger root

1 tablespoons garlic

1/4 teaspoon crushed red chiles

1/2 teaspoon sugar
 

Preparation / Directions:


combine ingredients-mix well cover and chill for 4-96 hours serve chilled or at room temperature, as a dipping sauce
