Ingredients:


1/3 cup olive oil

1/4 cup dry white wine

1 teaspoon white wine vinegar

1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice

1 teaspoon garlic

4 teaspoons dijon mustard

1/4 teaspoon kosher salt

1/4 teaspoon sugar

1/8 teaspoon thyme

1/8 teaspoon oregano

1/8 teaspoon savory

1/8 teaspoon tarragon

1/8 teaspoon white pepper
 

Preparation / Directions:


combine ingredients-mix well pour over meat, poultry, or fish cover and chill overnight
