Apple Mountain Marinade

Ingredients:


1 1/2 cup apple juice

1 medium apple(any kind)with skin

1 1/2 medium Onion (any kind)

2 Tablespoon brown sugar

1 teaspoon black pepper - to taste

3 tablespoons soy sauce

1 clove fresh garlic to taste

1 teaspoon clove powder to taste

1 bunch parsley

1 medium hot pepper flakes

1 tablespoon corn oil

1 teaspoon cinnimon
 

Preparation / Directions:


Add 1 cup of apple juice to mixing bowl. Add diced onions. Shred an apple (golden delicous best)add to concauction. Add brown sugar. Mix. Add soy sauce while wisking. Add spices as desired. Liquefy in blender, add corn oil for thickness. Put in ziplock with boneless skinless chicken breast(or whatever)and let sit for 2-3 days. Or as long as you can stand to let it soak.
