Preparation / Directions:

Take a pound of ground beef and press it into a pie pan. Cook it until almost done, all the pink Gone. Let sit for 5-10 minutes, then drain. On top of the meat, layer mozzarella cheese, any other hard cheese you like, a spare spoonful of tomato sauce, Pizza seasonings, add some fresh broccoli or cooked diced chicken or pepperoni or whatever your tastebuds desire. Put another thin layer of cheese on top. Broil or microwave just until the cheese is melted.
