Ingredients:


1 small onion -- chopped

1 teaspoon olive oil
 

Preparation / Directions:


2 cups lentils -- cooked, drained 1/2 cup bread crumbs 1/2 cup wheat germ 1/2 cup rolled oats 1/2 teaspoon thyme 2 tablespoons yeast 1/2 cup tomato puree 1 tablespoon vinegar 1/2 teaspoon salt Saute the onion in the olive oil until soft. Preheat oven to 350ΓΈ. Add the sauteed onions to the remaining ingredients, and mix well. Press the mixture into a loaf pan, cover with aluminum foil or a cookie sheet, and bake for 20 minutes. Uncover and bake for 10 minutes more.
