Grilled Lamb Kabobs

Ingredients:


15 pints lamb

2 teaspoons ground cumin

2 teaspoons garlic

2 teaspoons salt

1 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon dry mustard

1 teaspoon turmeric

2 cups plain yogurt

1 cup scallions

3/4 cup parsley

3 pieces bay leaf

1/3 cup ginger

3/4 cup cucumber
 

Preparation / Directions:


combine ingredients-mix well cover and chill for 6-24 hours drain well thread lamb onto skewers broil or grill to desired doneness arrange skewers onto a serving platter garnish as desired serve hot
