Greek Lamb Kabobs

Ingredients:


1 teaspoon thyme

1 teaspoon rosemary

1 tablespoons garlic

1 teaspoon lemon zest

1 teaspoon kosher salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

2 teaspoons mustard

1/4 cup fresh lemon juice

1/2 cup olive oil

3 pounds boneless leg of lamb

1 bunch rosemary sprig
 

Preparation / Directions:


combine all ingredients-mix well cover and chill for 2-24 hours drain and reserve marinade thread lamb onto metal skewers brush with reserved marinade broil or grill for 3-4 minutes on each side, basting often remove to a serving platter garnish with rosemary sprigs serve hot
