Five Pepper Jelly

Ingredients:


1 medium red pepper -- diced

1 medium yellow pepper -- diced

1 medium green pepper -- diced

1 medium jalapeno

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

3 ounces honey

6 ounces white vinegar
 

Preparation / Directions:


Put honey and vinegar in a pot and reduce until sticky. Add remaining ingredients and cook until the peppers are soft. Add salt to taste.
