1 package unflavored gelatin
1/4 cup water
1 3/4 cups double-strength coffee
1/3 cup sugar
1 teaspoon angostura aromatic bitters
1 slice lemon slices -- (for garnish)

Preparation / Directions:

1. Soften gelatin in water; place over low heat and stir until gelatin is dissolved. 2. Stir gelatin into coffee; stir in sugar until sugar is dissolved. 3. Stir in Angostura. 4. Pour mixture into serving dishes; chill until firm. 5. Serve mold garnished with thin slices of lemon, or cube gelatin and serve in dessert dishes with thin lemon slices.
