Gelatin Easter Baskets

Ingredients:


1 package jello -- (4 serving size) any flavor

1 cup boiling water

1/2 cup cold water

1/2 cup bakers angel flake coconut

4 drops food coloring

1 package jelly beans

1 package red string licorice
 

Preparation / Directions:


Dissolve gelatin in boil water. Add cold water. Pour into individual ring molds or 6-ounce custard cups. Chill until firm, about 2 hours. Tint coconut as desired with food coloring. Unmold gelatin onto individual dessert plates. Sprinkle coconut in the center of each mold for grass. Place jelly beans on top of coconut. Cut licorice for basket handles, insert in mold.
